A holiday is a time to relax and disconnect from your everyday life... and our stylish, family-friendly, home-from-home, beach-front apartment will allow you to totally relax and feel at home! Ideally suited for 4 guests (2 x couples or a family with a baby ) looking for a relaxing, beach-side holiday away from the town centre, but close enough to reach in less than 5 minutes. The property is located on the western coast of the Costa del Sol, the perfect place to enjoy the beaches, golf courses and the White Villages of Andalucia.
Our apartment has a cosy feel to it and includes a lot of home comforts to make you feel at home.

Location
We are located between the Estepona Palace H10 and the Elba Hotel and Thelasso Spa and we are easily accessible from the N340, ( 25 metres away). The Spa Centre at this luxurious hotel ( located just 400 metres away) can be used by non-hotel guests and should you want to pamper yourself, they offer a range of deliciously relaxing treatments! Surrounding the apartment building there are lawned gardens with scented and tropical plants, flowers and palm trees, a long promenade, free community parking, outdoor swimming pool and children´s pool and direct access to a quiet sandy beach.

Facilities
Wifi, TV , Spanish channels, DVD player and dvd's, VHS player, stereo CD player, computer printer, cooling fan, iron and board, hairdryer, tennis and squash rackets, even an ab trainer and hand weights to keep fit!.. Beach and bath towels, bed linen, beach chairs, BBQ set, games, Poker set, books, rain and beach umbrellas,various lamps and candles...... and a welcome hamper!

Additional Information:

The apartment offers: -2 double bedrooms  2 single beds.

-Wooden cot with bedding. - wardrobes ,double glazing windows with mosquito-nets & full length mirrors. -1 Bathroom with bath,shower, toilet and sink.

-Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar ( gas and electric oven)grill,microwave, fridge-freezer,washing machine,toaster,kettle, sandwich maker,blender,ice machine, coffee maker etc.

-Large lounge with views of the Mediterranean sea with a south-facing balcony overlooking the beach, pool, gardens, marina and Africa(on a clear day!). Sofa-seating for 5 with a reclining chair to take a cheeky afternoon siesta! , dining table for 4, large coffee-table and various lamps. -Office desk and adjustable chair,printer, WiFi station..ideal for those on a working holiday..!  

-Balcony has 2 easy chairs & table/ 2 chairs., or a larger table for 4 with 4 chairs.

-Hallway with security front door and intercom access system. Additional bedding can be provided for 2 additional guests or children ( blow-up mattress and linen) at a small additional fee. Amenities include: *Wifi, *TV ,Spanish channels, etc. Dvd,stereo cd player, computer printer,cooling fan,iron/board, hairdryer and hand weights to keep fit.!

*** We cannot be held accountable for lack of signal/ reception caused by internet/satellite providers. Outside: Surrounding the apartment building there are lawned gardens,palm trees, promenade,free community parking, outdoor swimming pool and children's pool and direct access to a quiet sandy beach. Pool is open in the summer season,however there is a municipal indoor pool, sauna and gym in Estepona town, at just 25 euros per month, which is ideal to keep fit during the winter season, when outdoor swimming might be too a bit too cold for you!. Included: Beach and bath towels,bed linen,beach chairs, BBQ set, DVD's, CD's Games,books,rain and beach umbrellas and a welcome hamper.

-Electricity and gas(up to 10 units a week of consumption)  is included in the rental price.  (Any extra consumption will be charged at 20 cents per kilowatt to the guest  or deducted from deposit.)

-Long term rentals: Electricity charged separately.
-A damage security deposit of 200 euros is requested upon arrival.
-Domestic pets  considered .
-We will consider short 4 day bookings in the summer, if we have empty dates between bookings.
-Smoking permitted on the balcony.
-Telephone can be connected  to make free local and national calls, and to receive international, national and local calls and  charged at 10 euros per week
-Photo ID required of adult guests upon confirmation of booking.

Please note:  The owner reserves the right to enter the property, or allow the caretaker to enter the property,  in the event of any emergency, or should any work need to be carried out to ensure the  welfare of the guests.



Why be a tourist?  Be a traveller...and enjoy Southern Spain at your own pace, by living like a local !
Shop at the local supermarkets or weekly food market for  freshly caught fish and quality local products; sample real  food at a traditional "taberna"; rent a car and explore the stunning cities and white villages of Andalucia, or enjoy your own barbecue of fresh fish or juicy Andalusian steaks on the beach... !
You'll be amazed  at just how much more of Andalucia you can experience by going it alone, rather than following the masses in busy hotels and holiday resorts...

We can also organize day and weekend sailing trips for up to 5 people on a lovely 35 foot ketch : around the Coast, Gibraltar or Morocco.
